1. Cookbooks (Third-Party Sales)
All Shef Shaun cookbooks are currently fulfilled and sold through Amazon.

Return Policy: Purchases made via Amazon are subject to Amazon’s standard 30-day return policy.

Process: To initiate a return or exchange for a physical cookbook, please log into your Amazon account and follow their "Returns & Orders" process.

Damaged Items: If your book arrives damaged, please contact Amazon Customer Service for a replacement.
2. ServSafe Courses & Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital certifications and educational materials, our ServSafe courses are subject to the following:

Non-Refundable: Once a course registration is processed, or an exam voucher/digital access code has been issued, the purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend a scheduled live training session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to discuss rescheduling options.
