Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Shef Shaun’s Kitchen. We value your business and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our policies.

 

1. Shef Shaun Direct Shop (Kits, Tools, & Merch)

  • Return Window: We offer a 30-day return policy for all physical products purchased directly through our website.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please email us at shefshaunskitchen@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

2. Cookbooks (Third-Party Sales via Amazon)

  • Policy: Purchases made via Amazon are subject to Amazon’s standard 30-day return policy.

  • Process: Please log into your Amazon account and follow their "Returns & Orders" process for all cookbook exchanges or refunds.

 

3. ServSafe Courses & Digital Products

  • Policy: Due to the nature of digital certifications and exam vouchers, these purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable once the access code has been issued.

  • Rescheduling: If you cannot attend a scheduled live training, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to discuss rescheduling your session.
